Part 2: BMW AT200 V1.7.0 Installation Guide & Tips
It’s very easy to install AT200 software.
Just select the language you want, and then follow the software prompts to finish whole installation process.
Note: After installation, please connect BMW AT200 ECU programmer to your computer and ECU module via OBD cable and USB cable. And the USB driver will install automatically. Otherwise it will prompt you to check the device connection. Then you can run AT200 software.
Part 3: BMW AT200 V1.7.0 Basic Operation Introduction
1.AT200 V1.7.0 software main interface:
-Contains Car brand, model, Engine- gearbox and ECU
-At the bottom of the page, you can see SN (Product serial number), current firmware/software version and device activation time remaining.
-Function: Search, Setting, license and help
Tips: Remaining time can be activated automatically after expiration or contact the manufacture
2.Setting:
There are four operation options: Language, wiring diagram, font size and display mode.
–Language: English, French, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese
–Wiring diagram: Whether to tick this option depends on your operating habits
–Font size: It can be adjusted between 8 and 20.
-Display Mode: Category and Merge. The purpose of this option is to adjust the software architecture.
This is Merge mode which is different from Category mode above:
3.License:
Some functions need to be activated to use. Click “License” to check the all authorization of software functions. Mainly see “Function name”
Note: If “Function name” indicated “YES”, it is already opened, and “No” indicates that it is not opened. You can click “Update Authorization” to see if the function is enabled.
4.Help
This new function contains the instruction manual and operation video.
Note: If you are not familiar with the product, you can click the corresponding tutorial title to watch.
5.Search
Select car brand and enter the ECU module you need in the searching box
6.Platform
1).Category mode:
Select brand, model, Engine-gearbox and ECU, then click “Platform”
Follow the prompt to double-click the wiring diagram to zoom in
There are 9 operation options on the right:
A200 Driver
Wiring diagram, Identification, Modify VIN, Read ISN, Write ISN, Read DFlash, Write DFlash, Read PFlash and Write PFlash
2). Merge mode:
Select car brand and ECU, and then click “Platform”
It’s same as Category mode, also can double click the wiring diagram to see the larger picture
But in the mode, there are only 6 operation options incl. Wiring diagram, Identification, Read ISN, Write ISN, Backup data and Restore Data.
Then you can operate according to your needs.
Please kindly notice:
It needs to connect network when reading ISN, writing data, backup data, restore data…
In the operation process, it is forbidden to disconnect the device power or disconnect the device connection, otherwise ECU may be damaged; f the software is accidentally shut down or the computer is accidentally shut down or freezes in the process, please do not disconnect the power supply of the device or the connection of the device. The device can recover the data independently after 15 minutes.
Part 4: BMW AT200 V1.7.0 Car List
AT200 BMW only supports BMW MSV90/80/MSD87/85/81/80 (E series, F series) and Mercedes- Benz SIM271 ECU clone and read & write ISN. And supports part of BMW F series N13/N20/N55/B38/TC17X read & write ISN, VIN modification, read & write data. Many other ECU types also supported.
